Internal Communications Co-ordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an IC Coordinator to support our IC team in achieving its vision of connecting people across Arm so that it continues to be a great place to work.

The role has a wide scope, blending multimedia content writing, video filming and editing and administration responsibilities, as well as assisting with internal events. It is a varied role where you will learn more about all aspects of internal communications and employee engagement.

Key accountabilities will include:

Creating, curating and sharing content through our internal communications channels

  • Source, write, and publish content that aligns with Arm’s tone of voice and style for a variety of channels: including ad hoc editorial pieces (on teams, products, etc.), Intranet news/information including The Arm Digest – a weekly newsletter, and email / Yammer announcements
  • Create and edit Intranet pages (SharePoint) as requested by the business and help to ensure they are kept up-to-date
  • Filming and editing videos, and helping to manage and prioritise incoming video requests

IC Champions

  • Help to set up and manage Arm’s global network of IC Champions
  • Curate, create and share related content, with them and from them, including intranet news bulletins
  • Help with reporting and evaluating impact


  • Help to schedule employee engagement events globally including room bookings, calendar coordination and catering requests, drafting briefing documents
  • Manage and maintain shared mailboxes
  • Manage and maintain email distribution lists
  • Monitoring Yammer
  • Maintaining IC editorial calendar
  • Work with the team to ensure activities are measured
