With a passion for internal communications, you’ll be part of a truly global team, where you will be given the opportunity to work with the Global Head of Corporate Affairs for our Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets business, based in London. You will ensure that internal and leadership communications are delivered effectively to support key business and employee engagement objectives.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join our Corporate Affairs team and develop the role in line with the growth of our Asset Management and Infrastructure and Real Assets business in EMEA as well as globally. You will be supported by the central team that provides valued support to a successful business in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

You will manage an ongoing global internal communications programme for the business, as well as supporting the Global Head of Macquarie Asset Management and other senior business executives. You will ensure business initiatives are communicated to staff and key internal stakeholders in a timely manner, as well as identify new opportunities to improve and enhance our internal communications programme and processes.

You will be passionate about what you do and have demonstrable experience in communications along with the ability to create and deliver innovative communications strategies. Experience in financial services is desirable. Your level of enthusiasm and appetite to learn, as well as your exceptional writing and strong project management skills will see you flourish in this role.

The Financial Management Group provides financial, tax and treasury services to all areas of Macquarie.
