As our new Internal Communications Manager, based in our Cannon Bridge, London office you will be responsible for ensuring a regular flow of high quality content that allows all staff to play a full part in the life of Historic England.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering internal aspects of the Communications and Public Engagement Strategy, ensuring all internal stakeholders are well-informed, fully-engaged and fully-represented.
You will deliver a well-planned and high-quality programme of internal communications content that supports the organisation`s strategic objectives. You will also ensure that Historic England campaigns and content are planned so that staff can be involved and champion the organisation and its mission among their own communities of interest.
Participating in national and cross-group projects which support corporate priorities and take a lead where appropriate in such projects, is an important part of the role. It will be necessary for you to develop audience insight and use results to inform and shape future activities.
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience of successfully creating and delivering integrated, audience led communications content. You will also have experience of managing internal communications in a busy and complex organisation, including working in multi-disciplinary project teams.
