Job Summary

Wellcome’s Internal Communications team helps drive a steady pulse of news and key information throughout the organisation. We are now looking for someone to join us an Internal Communications Manager to deliver targeted, timely and engaging content and events, using all our available channels.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Writing and delivering effective content, messages and campaigns using a blend of internal channels that drive attention, encourage contribution and lead to action

  • Taking ownership in production of our monthly townhall staff meetings and other engagement events, curation of everyday content across our intranet & email, and compilation of our monthly manager guidance pack.

  • Leading the communications for strategic cross-organisation projects including reporting on gender pay gap, our all staff engagement survey and change in the workplace.

  • Developing strong relationships with departments across the whole business – including our senior leadership team – by understanding their goals and helping to share their news and stories.

Experience & Skills

We are looking for a proactive and positive person who’s able to multi-task, think on their feet and manage relationships at all levels.
